St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church, Atlanta, Georgia

Welcome to St. Dunstan's!

Though we are a smaller church, we are friendly, completely inclusive to all people seeking Christ and a community of faith. We have members from diverse backgrounds and lifestyles, all united in a desire to worship God. St. Dunstan’s also seeks to embody God’s love through community outreach, and provide a place for spiritual renew each week.

St. Dunstan’s provides weekly opportunities for worship as a community. Worship not only brings us together as a community, but helps strengthen our faith in Christ, prepare us to share our faith with others, and individually deepen our relationship with God. We follow the Episcopal Church tradition of using The Book of Common Prayer as we hear readings from Scripture and break bread together, sacramentally receiving the Body and Blood of Christ.

St. Dunstan’s also has an active lay ministry, with members leading the Prayers of the People, reading lessons, and assisting the priest with Holy Communion. Additionally, there are a variety of other ministry and outreach opportunities for people to get involved in the life of our parish.

Once again, welcome! And we hope you come worship with us soon!

Directions

We are located in northwest Atlanta, on five wooded acres that serve as a natural sanctuary for both humans and animals.

We are at 4393 Garmon Road, which runs between Northside Drive and Mt. Paran Road.

From Northbound I-75, take the Mt. Paran Road exit, and head east on Mt. Paran Road for .9 mile. Turn left on Garmon Road. The church is .3 mile on the right.

From Southbound I-75 there is no east-bound exit to Mt. Paran Road. Exit instead one exit further south at West Paces Ferry Road, go left under I-75, left again, and return to Mt. Paran via north-bound Northside Parkway/US 41. Then proceed as above.

From I-285, exit at Powers Ferry Landing/Northside Drive. From there follow Northside Drive up the hill to the South and continue on this winding road for 2 miles to a 4-way stop. Continue straight ahead through the intersection. That will put you on Garmon Road. The church is 0.4 mile away on the left.
